Theological Resources for Prospective Pastors

The Gideon Bible Institute exists to equip and train the next generation of pastors in Bulgaria with biblically sound, Christ-centered theological education. Our mission is to provide churches with a structured, two-year pastoral training program that prepares men for ministry through in-depth biblical teaching, discipleship, and practical ministry experience. GBI is honored to partner with XL Ministries, using their curriculum to train pastors within the local church. This two-year pastoral internship program is provided at no cost and is available in English or Bulgarian. The program is designed to help churches raise up and train pastors from within their own congregations by equipping them with solid theological training and hands-on ministry experience.

At Gideon Bible Institute, we believe that strong, theologically grounded pastors are essential for the growth and health of the church in Bulgaria. Our training is offered completely free of charge, ensuring that every church—regardless of size or resources—can access high-quality pastoral education.
